Reservation Information
Good news for folks with reservations under the Stompede group rate! Your rate has been reduced by $10, from $229 to $219! You do not need to do anything to receive this new rate. It will automatically be applied to your reservation. (If you're looking for an idea for where to spend all that savings, maybe consider a donation to the Stompede documentary?)
If you are still wanting to stay at the hotel, there are rooms available at decent rates if you are a member of IHG One Rewards (free to join). Book directly with the hotel. Rooms are no longer available at the Stompede group rate.
If you are looking to share a room at the host hotel: we have a Room-Share Facebook Group where you can match yourselves up.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you should now do that directly with the hotel. There is no longer a need to go through us.
