Vendor Information
The Sundance Stompede will feature a vendor area each day of the event during the following times:
- Fri, Oct. 16= 1pm to 6pm and 8pm to 12mn
- Sat, Oct. 17 = 10am to 4pm
- Sun, Oct. 18 = 10am to 4pm
The vendor hours coincide with the hours of the dance workshops during the day, plus the Friday evening dance event.
The vendor area will be on the lower level of the Golden Gateway Holday Inn, 1500 Van Ness Ave., San Francisco, where the majority of the dance workshops take place.
Western wear, massage, music, arts and crafts, travel - these are all things that might appeal to convention attendees. Or you can set up an informational table for your business or organization. You'll be catering to a primarily gay/lesbian audience who like to travel and shop.
Rental of a vendor "booth" entitles you to approximately 8 feet by 8 feet of space, with two tables and two chairs, at $100. You can secure multiple booths for additional space at $75 per additional booth. Electrical outlets are provided (but you must supply your own extension cords). 501c3 nonprofit organizations can rent a single table for only $50.
